DIET Schedule For Lossing Weight

Hi Friends..!!
Nowdays People are more eager to loose their body weight And need to Be slim.
Their Desire is to be Slim and fit.
Nowdays peoples are busy with their works load.They are not able to go to gym and maintain their body.
So,I am posting a DIET SCHEDULE,which can a person can loose their weight without going to GYM

**Diet is not like being in empty stomach or neglecting the foods.
It means taking food in periodical manner

##Our body Needs energy to do a work,For that we need to eat.

* So,i am going to Split eating schedule for eachday into 6sessions.

SESSIONS

* Early Morning (6-7 am)
* Morning Breakfast(8-9am)
* Mid-Morning(10-11am)
* Lunch(12-1pm)
* Evening(5-6pm)
* Dinner(8-9pm)

FOOD SPECIFICATION FOR SESSION

EARLY MORNING
          *Have some warm water daily because,if you have water,it will activate your internal organs
          * Have medium Hot water mix it with lemon juice drops

MORNING BREAKFAST
           *Eat some toasted Wheat bread or oats or wheat dosa or idly
##Have this things sufficiently Because morning breakfast gives your full engery for a day.

MID-MORNING
   *Do not Straw yourself.Our body can do works if we have sufficient food
**Have Fruits i.e Apple or Grapes or cucumber
##Dont eat pinneapply and Banana

LUNCH
*Have some two bowl of rice with gravy(Our body Needs some Carbo-hydrates)
## Do Not Have Gravy Made Up of Coconut
**Eat More Number of Vegetable Which are rich in protein And Vitamins etc.
***After Having Lunch Have 500ml of Water For digestion

EVENING

**After a Long Work from Morning Our body will be in strawness.
## Take a Cup of green tea With 3-High Fiber Biscuts(Do not take biscuts with fat ingerdient)
** Have a kellogs 2k

DINNER

**Have Your dinner with wheat Bread or Chapaathi-2 nos or wheat dosa with Cereals
€€Have Limit a dinner comparing from morning to evening
**Finish Your Dinner Before 9pm

BED - TIME

**While Going to Bed Have a Cup
of Green Tea
**Have 250ml of water

BEST Result :
*** Walk Atleast 20min a day
